Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is the entrance exam for admission to the various integrated Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses available at the below mentioned ten participating Central Universities. Students must qualify CUCET 2015 in order to be considered for admission to Central University in India . CUCET conducted in paper-pen mode is a mulitiple choice-based entrance test with two sections.
SECTION 01:- This section common for all aspirants intent on Central University Admission is based on language (English) proficiency, general awareness and analytical skills.
SECTION 02:- This section is based on the particular subject area.

Eligibility for CUCET 2015:-
Admission to an academic program is subject to applicant’s fulfilling eligibility conditions for various programs as notified in the respective Universities’ websites. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that he/ she fulfills the eligibility criteria for the program he/she is applying for as notified by the concerned University.

Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and mobile number.
Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature.
PHOTOGRAPH IMAGE :-
Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 1 kb–500 kb
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
Size of file should be between 1 kb–500 kb
The image file should be JPG or JPEG format.
Guidelines to Upload Photograph & Signature
A candidate can apply upto 3 different Programmes. The fee applicable is given below.
There are two modes by which applicants can make the payment: Offline and Online.
For online payment; applicants can pay through Netbanking, Credit Card and Debit Card. After making the payment, system will generate a registration slip. It is mandatory for all applicants to take a print out of this registration slip and keep it with them safely.
For offline payment, applicant has to click on "Generate Bank Challan". After clicking, system will generate a SBI challan with auto populated details of applicant. There will be two copies of challan - Applicant's copy and Bank's copy. Applicants are supposed to take a print out of this challan. System will also generate a registration slip and it is mandatory for all applicants to take a print out of this registration slip and keep it safe with them.
Applicants now will have to visit any SBI branch along with the printout of the challan to make the payment of the amount mentioned on challan.
After making the payment in any SBI branch, applicants are supposed to obtain the Applicant's Copy of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number (b) Transaction ID/Journal No & (c) Date of Deposit filled by the Branch Official. This applicant's copy of SBI bank challan along with bank seal is a very important document for all the applicants and all the applicants are advised to keep it safely.

CUCET 2015 Syllabus:-
CUCET 2015 test for admission to all Integrated /Undergraduate programmes is based on the standard expected at 12th Standard. For postgraduate programmes, the subject related questions will be based on undergraduate /degree level syllabus. For research programmes knowledge at post- graduate level and JRF/NET.
CUCET 2015 Paper Pattern:-
The CUCET 2015 Paper Pattern for admission to all other programmes will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in two (or more) sections: -
The first section (35 marks) will deal with language (English) proficiency, general awareness and analytical skills.
The second/remaining section(s) will be based on subject domain. The question papers for admission to language programmes will contain questions requiring objective (MCQs) and/or descriptive (short/long) answers.
CUCET 2015 Preparation:-
Cracking CUCET 2015 is tough hence start your studies from class 11. Daily practice is required to increase your speed and accuracy. Time management is the key factor to score well in this exam. Prepare thoroughly for mock test. Solve past paper and take proper guidance by joining a good coaching institute.
