M.Tech Admission 2015: M.Tech Admission in India can be broadly classified as admission with GATE or without GATE. The score obtained in the exam is used for admission to some of the best M.Tech Colleges in India. However there is no need to worry there are certain Central  and deemed universities that accept admission without a qualifying GATE score. The university conducts its own entrance exam along with interview.

Course Review: This is a two year course divided into four semesters.  The M. tech course packs in a substantial amount of coursework . In the first semester students are introduced into compulsory subjects in mathematics, electronics, circuits and instrumentation. The second semester focuses on core subjects. In the third  and final semester the focus shifts to specific project work.

•Duration- Two years
•Eligibility: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (B.Tech) with required minimum percentile. Higher percentile for candidates without GATE score.
Selection: GATE score. For remaining seats a departmental Admission test (DAT).
