It is a five year programme leading to the degree of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), which is recognized by the Council of Architecture. The total course is divided into two stages: Stage One is from the first semester to the sixth semester, awarding the Degree of Bachelor of Building Science. A university examination is held at the end of each semester. Stage Two is from the seventh semester to the tenth Semester, awarding the degree of Bachelor of Architecture. A university examination is held at the end of each semester.
Course syllabus will be given to the candidates at the time admission.
The admission to the First Semester B.Arch. Course will be open to a candidate, who, (i) Applicant has qualified in the All India Engineering/Pharmacy/Architecture Entrance Examination (AIEEE-2010), with Architecture Aptitude test conducted by the CBSE (See Note 1). (ii) Applicant has passed an examination at the end of the new 10+2 scheme of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects of examinations at the +2 level( not earlier than March/April- 2007) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (See Note 2 & 3) OR The applicant has passed 3-year diploma in Architecture (10+3)( not earlier than March/April- 2007) recognized by the Central/State Governments provided the candidate passed the Diploma examination with 50% marks in aggregate(See Note 2 & 3)
