    •  50% is the minimum score in graduation examination but preference shall be given to students  with 60% and above in their 10, 12 and graduation exams
    •  Candidates with full time work experience of one year and above will be given preference
    •  Topics will be given to candidates in advance for the Presentation Skill Assessment (PSA) 
    •  They will be assessed based on content, presentation skills, fluency, clarity and Q & A 
    •  Candidates who qualify based on the above criteria shall be short listed for the personal interview round.
