(4 out of 5 based on 60 Ratings)

Given the large student base in the state of Bihar and few selected seats for professional courses an entrance exam is considered as the most fair means of admission to various courses. Understanding this the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam (BCECE) is conducted every year by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission to professional courses of agriculture, health science and pharmacy in colleges of the state. While this test is meant for admission of students domiciled in the state students from other states can take this assesment for admission.

BCECE Preparation

Preparation for an entrance exam needs to be done seriously. Prepare a proper timetable for study. While preparing a timetable for study allocate sufficient time for study of subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics) and also allocate sufficient time for reading, solving of sample papers and revision of study. Try to collect the best study material for study.

Some of the books helpful for preparation:-

• Advanced level Physics by Nelkon and Parker
• Aptitude Test Problems in Physics by S. S. Krotov
• IIT Chemistry by O. P Agarwal
• Physical Chemistry by P Bahadur
• Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma
