Please note that only the application form filled and downloaded from the school website is valid. Other forms will be rejected. A unique reference number printed on the application form is to be noted for all future communication regarding this application.

You are also required to prepare photocopies of the following documents.

a. Proof of residence-Ration card /passport /latest telephone bill (photo copy attested by a gazetted officer).

b. School and Degree certificates of father and mother. (photo copy attested by a gazetted officer) No mark sheets.

c. Birth certificate of child (photo copy attested by a gazetted  officer).
